Shipping & Handling Information:

We do combine shipping to save shipping cost.

When you order multiple items at once, we will try to pack all the items together in one package, such as USPS Flat Rate Envelope or Flat Rate Box, if it is possible. In this way, you do not need to spend duplicated shipping fees for multiple items. When you are checking out, you maybe see a higher shipping fee (depends on the total weight and volume of all the items), please just check out and make payment to complete your order. We will fairly refund your extra shipping fee after we pack and ship your order.

Shipping method and cost are variable, depends on different products, quantity, package dimensions, insurance, special shipping services, domestic or international destinations, and others.

We usually do USA domestic shipping in 1 business day, if your order is completed and your payment is cleared at cut-off time 4:00pm. We carefully pack your shipping package, and usually use USPS priority mail or first-class mail service with package delivery confirmation number for small package shipping. According to our long time experience, USPS service is very reliable with flat shipping rate. For bulk shipping, we usually use UPS ground or Fedex ground shipping. For a rush order and express shipping, please contact us. Shipping insurance is optional, but is recommended, especially for a high value product.

Please make sure that you provide us with sufficient and/or accurate shipping address information, we will make your shipping label with the exact same shipping address as which originated from your specific notification or your Paypal account. It is your own responsibility for any shipping result if you did not provide sufficient and/or accurate shipping address. We always try our best to check the sufficiency and accuracy of every buyer's shipping address. If we could find any questions for your shipping address, we will contact you as soon as possible, but sometimes it is very hard for us to do that for you, especially for an international shipping address. Buyer need to pay re-shipping fee if a package was returned because of insufficient shipping address or "unclaimed package". So, again, please double check your shipping address when you place an order.

Since international shipping is complicated, and different countries have different regulation for the same product, international buyer may not directly check out and complete your order from our web store. Please send us email at sales@HerbStoreUSA.com to tell us the name and quantity of the products(s) which you want to order. We will then send you Paypal invoice manually. You can make payment directly with your credit card or Paypal account, after you receive the Paypal invoice.

Different countries have different regulations. While most foreign countries permit to import our store listing products, some countries' customs may restrict or ban some of the products. Would you please consult your country's customs to see if there is any restriction to the product, before you order, to avoid unnecessary money loss. It is your own responsibility, if your packages are confiscated/destroyed/held/seized by your country’s customs, we do not refund any of your payment.

If we can be aware of your country's restrictions according to our international shipping experience, we will ask you to cancel your order and then refund all your payment. But we cannot guarantee having the awareness of your country’s customs regulation.

It is international buyer’s (or receiver’s) responsibility to pay import tax and any other fee incurred from your country’s Customs or any other organizations, if there were that.

International shipping carrier is USA Postal Service (USPS). This low shipping fee which we collect for international shipping is only for regular postal international shipping service. For some kind of international shipping services, such as 1st class mail, we can only provide you Customs Form number of your package and evidence of shipment. But it is not a tracking number, without any tracking details. If you want a tracking number (especially for high value products), you can spend additional US$12 for extra Register Mail Service, then you can get a Registration tracking number.

We always ship out international order as soon as possible once all the conditions are clear. The international delivery time is variable from anywhere of 2 to 6 weeks, sometimes even longer time, depends on your country’s Customs Checking and Clearance situations, and Postal Service conditions.

Refund and Returns Policies:

Conditions accepted for return: If we sent you a product which does not conform to its described identity, quality and quantity, including shipping damage, we will do our best to remedy it, including immediately ship a correct and new one, or offer a full refund. Please check the product immediately when you are receiving the shipping package, and let us know immediately if there is any issue. All full returns are subject to our verification and approval first.

Conditions NOT accepted for return and refund: For security and quality assurance purpose, we never re-sell any returned product for any reason. All returned products will be properly disposed of. So, once the package is shipped out, we do not accept returns and refunds for so-called “mistake order”, “change mind”, "no efficacy", "bad taste", "ordered too much", “customs prohibited”, “import restriction”, and so on. Please make sure before you place an order. If you were not familiar with the product which you are intending to order, we suggest you to order the smallest size to try first.
